A great hotel to stay at, especially if you are transiting through Germany by car. The location is lovely and the lake in front of the hotel is beautiful.

This was our second visit as the first visit was just around Covid time and the experience was a bit lacklustre because of that - not the fault of the hotel of course.

So we decided to try it again and happy to say that we enjoyed it this time. The room was a good size and has a very comfortable bed though the bathroom was very small and not really that great. Biggest issue with the room was that it was extremely hot so we had to have the window open but at least that helped. But there were no complimentary water or anything in the room which you would expect from any great hotel.

The hotel areas are lovely but again very hot so we decided to have dinner on the terrace which was lovely. Dinner was nice but would say somewhat overpriced.

We had breakfast as well and it was pretty good - the coffee could be better but otherwise there was a great selection in the breakfast buffet - we enjoyed it.

The hotel is positioning itself as 5 star, but really it is 4 stars in our opinion. For this to be a 5 star, the staff would need to be much more attentive and waiter staff much more knowledgeable and on it. All in all a good stay but don’t expect 5 star luxury or service - we will most likely still return as we did enjoy it.

I stayed at Dorint Park Hotel for 2 nights. We had a room with a view to the lake, it was beautiful and the bed was really comfortable. Sadly the heating was not working properly and the it pretty hot but it wasn't a big deal for us. We also enjoyed the sauna and pool areas. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Everything was perfect! The room was extremely clean, the property beautifully maintained, and the staff incredibly friendly. I ll definitely be back—next time in summer, as the cold made it hard to fully enjoy.

Technically they can classify as a five star hotel - they have a spa, gym, etc. But the five star experience is not there.

- Starting with breakfast - the selection is mediocre and not everything is fresh. How hard is it to arrange fresh orange juice for example? Almost no selection of sweet pastries either, while they have a patisserie restaurant. Two chefs in the restaurant and all they can cook is an egg. 7 minutes boiled egg is in reality a hard-cooked egg. I could go on and on… you can do a lot better than this @ management park bremen hotel. - The location is good. Nice park to walk around and decent outside view from the (clean and decent-quality) rooms. - the gym is on the bigger side compared to other 5* hotel gyms. Spa is decent too, they have a heated outdoor pool which is pretty neat. - An important one for all hotels but especially for 5* : staff experience . In the evening there are a lot of younger inexperienced waiters and bartenders walking around. You pay premium prices for a cocktail, but don’t get what you might expect from the kind of money you put down. To me it was obvious that the bartender that served me barely had any experience making cocktails. He poured three drinks together and put in some ice cubes. 5* unworthy. It also took them (there were two bartenders behind the bar) 15 minutes to make while there were barely any other guests.

Overall, I would not recommend coming here. There are way better 5* options out there. Hopefully they can take some pointers from this review since some of them are easy to fix. However, going by the reactions of the Guest Relation manager to reviews with negative feedback in it, I expect a standard reply of ‘we would like to hear first-hand’ and ‘hope to convince you in the future’, so I doubt anything will be done with feedback.

This hotel represents the typical Bremen Hanseatic style and tradition. The staff was very friendly and went the extra mile to support us. The breakfast and dinner was outstanding with vegan and vegetarian options. The property was very clean, the spa was fantastic and the Christmas tree in the dining area was something else. Would highly recommend to book it.

It is indeed an old hotel with a lot of charme and history. The interior has a classic decor, but despite that the rooms are very modern and with good bathrooms. We had a room with view over the lake and the fountain, which was really beautiful. The breakfast is fine, but nothing special, and I regret to have paid for it. The location is a bit outside the center, but this can be easily reached in 30 minutes on foot. The hotel has a great location for spending some time in the amazing city park, and you have at walking distance a lot of nice local restaurants. It is very good if you come by car, as the parking outside is free, but I think they miss some spots for electric cars with some fast charging capabilities. We saw an electric car parked that was charging with the normal plug, this is suboptimal for an hotel of this kind. The hotel has a nice outside pool, but it is a bit underground, and has no view of the park. The cafe is fine, but the quality of the cakes was so and so for the price, while the tea was very good. Finally people working there are very kind and easy to approach. In general we got a decent price and for this reason it was a very nice stay, but the place could improve.

Elegant hotel at the heart of Bremen with astonishing milliom dollars lake view.

While the room rate I got was not bad but i only got 1 bottle of water for 2 nights. The room decoration is classic and can use more touch up to live up to 5 stars expectation. The wall is thin so i can hear a lot when my next door come in and out.

All in all, i am ok with the stay since the price is not bad but it could be much better with improvement since this hotel has unique and elegant heritage.

The most luxurious hotel we have stayed in for a very long time. The heated outdoor pool had just the right temperature. Great breakfast too. A steal at just over 200 Euro. Highly recommended.

Such an incredible hotel, and setting. It is worth asking for a soft mattress topper, but the rest is amazing. The park surrounding the hotel and it’s proximity to the city center make it an ideal location. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was gorgeous! It was beautiful in all around! The room itself was fancy. I tried the lakeview room and it didn’t disappoint me at all. However, the balcony is missing a small coffee/wine table to enjoy sitting there while drinking coffee in the afternoon and drinking wine in the evening. But, the tab that controls the TV and functions as a hotel information guide was amazingly practical. The bed itself was very comfortable, very suitable for me who drove very far to get there. The mini bar cabinet was unique and great. The bathroom was cozy and elegant. The only low point on the room other than the missing coffee table on the balcony was the light on the balcony as well. There was no light at all. So it was pitch dark at night. The restaurant was fancy and great! But the food was not spectacular as the hotel itself. I tried the tuna steak with citrus risotto and the tuna didn’t stand out at all eventhough it was perfectly cooked. Nevertheless, the outdoor area was amazing. The waiter and waitress were really friendly, helpful, and professional. It was truly a five-star service from them. The breakfast was ok. The variety of food was not that many. But they all were great. Considering the minimum amount of dishes there, they all stood out at their best. The breakfast dining area was fancy and elegant. The staff was friendly too. The receptionist when I checked in was not informative on the essential items she needed to tell me regarding the hotel and the lady in the pool/sauna area was rude to me which most probably because I’m a tourist. This isn’t a five-star treatment you should get in this type of hotel. The best part of the extra service from the hotel was the Spa which my wife used. She said it was amazing and deserved a 5-star rating. The whole 80-minute experience there was beyond her expectation. So my suggestion for the hotel: 1. Give more personnel on the receptionist area, especially during busy time as 2 days ago 2. Educate some of your personnel on the pool area to treat your guests with more respect 3. Change some of the menu in the main restaurant with those that deserve to be in your restaurant, not just a common menu 4. Clean up the outdoor area better. It was full of maintenance items during my stay which diverted the focus on the hotel’s beauty to those items. 5. Have someone to organize the parking when you have plenty of guests and a conference at the same time. 6. There should be someone tidying the lobby area again after a mess made by some inconsiderate and ill-mannered conference guests to maintain the beauty of the lobby which was in fact beautiful.

Overall, as a transit hotel for me, this was a great experience and truly a remarkable hotel to stay in the next time!

This hotel is in desperate need of some TLC. Our room had some clear signs of aging: chipped doors, scratched up furniture, stains on the walls and carpet and an ancient and loud A/C. There were some renovations going on in a couple of public areas of the hotel, hopefully they will continue that throughout the entire hotel.

Reception staff was friendly, restaurant/bar staff a bit standoff-ish and not very attentive. We constantly had to wave for attention.

The food is quite good but a bit pricey. Very strange that certain menu items had different prices according to where you would order them: the schnitzel was the cheapest in the bar and most expensive via room service, on top of a 9 euro service charge.

Location is beautiful, right in the middle of a very nice park. But that alone doesn't justify the pretty high room rates.

Probably wouldn't return unless the rooms are upgraded.

Very nice hotel, great reception and lovely rooms with stunning view. Breakfast was everything you can wish for. But... do not eat diner at this place. Very expensive for what you can only describe as confusing, greasy food. The diner room was empty and we knew quickly why... waist of money. Ratio hotel guests does not equal diner guests. As I suggested in given feedback earlier, I suggest a new healty concept which you can connect with the spa & wellness 😉

3rd stay over as many years. The grounds and trails are always maintained. Restaurant has very good food (not really other options nearby). Spa is very popular. Rooms well maintained and staff is excellent. My only complaint would be understanding how to unlock the room door.

Wow! What a beautiful resort. The hotel is nestled in a park and faces a small lake. The setting is very serene. The room we stayed in faced the lake and was quite spacious, especially by European standards. The breakfast offerings were varied and delicious. They also have a sizable exercise room, pool, and sauna. The lunch and dinner menus were pricey for the area, but the food was good.

Great service, very clean and comfortable. Though the fridge was broken. However the booking dot com Ad suggests a 1200m^2 spa. Which is misleading. The spa is a very small outdoor pool, some saunas and steam rooms. Some sunbathing beds outdoor, which - if you're there on the weekend - you will be sitting on the edge of a wedding reception if you use. They are including the gym as a spa 'area'. I would have booked elsewhere had this been made clear.

I really like this place. It's clean and quiet, situated in the middle of a park, so you just want to go out and explore on foot. The food is okay, but we asked the staff for eating out tips, and they were very helpful, with everything, they were so nice. The spa is nice, a bit small, but after walking to the city center and back, having a relaxing swim in the pool, and a sweet in the different steam rooms is just what you need

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Quality and standards out of this world. We will absolutely visit again and try the restuant. We had a large room spotless and clean. Nice toilet with bathtub and 2 sinks. Nice spa and pool area and great Training facilities

The location is superb. The staff and food were first class. The Spa options are also excellent. A big thank you to the reservations team our booking was cancelled by a third party however they looked after us and we were able to stay for the weekend. Overall an excellent trip and we plan to return.

Very polite and helpful staff! Enough staff speak English for those of us that don’t understand German. 🙂 Property and room are clean and tidy. Great choices for breakfast too! Large adjacent park and conveniently close to St Peter’s Cathedral, Schnoor, and the train station.

Visited this hotel in October 2020 to celebrate our anniversary because we booked it for the Spa. The hotel accepts people from outside (not hotel guests) to use the spa facilities. Each day including Monday to Friday the spa was filled with elderly people using the sauna and swimming pool. Very disappointed. The elderly people were also very rude and unfriendly. Seriously I would not expect a hotel rated as five star to let in outside guests into the hotel. The breakfast was terrible, fresh fruit was old, from previous day for each morning, the coffee was terrible they do not serve real espresso! The hot food was not A la Carte, but buffet, and looked like it had sat there for hours getting old and rubbery. Secondly, the manager an elderly woman sat each day for breakfast in the corner of the restaurant consuming a ridiculous amount of food, she and used the log fire seating area in the lounge in the evenings. How bizarre that management would treat the place like their own personal living room. Rooms are average. Very disappointed and would not recommend the hotel to couples looking for a romantic stay.

very beautiful and cute hotel. rooms make you feel very special. the outside pool is good and the sauna is great. very friendly staff. nice and quiet AC in the room. breakfast is amazing. just a litttttttle too expensive, but still worth it!

My wife and I got married at the Park Hotel many years ago and always had fond memories of the hotel and staff. We like to stop by the hotel when we are in Germany, which we did again today together with my mother. All started well when a staff member helped my mother up the stairs to the entrance. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there.

We went to the restaurant seating customers outdoors on the terrace for lunch/dessert. The young server who helped us at the restaurant didn't want us to sit at a table along the balustrade which was already set up, so we had to accept another table that was offered. We weren't given a reason why we couldn't sit at the other table. The server just asked us what we wanted to order without bringing us any menus, and weren't given napkins for our meals. When he brought a bottle of water he just brought it to the table without opening it or pouring the water. The three pieces of cake we ordered (blueberry, apple, raspberry) were just OK and not what one would expect from a 5* hotel restaurant. The two coffees we ordered were not hot enough. There was no follow up from the server after we received our food and drinks, and I had to go find him for the bill.

Overall the service reminded me of the US Postal Service (no offense to the USPS). We didn't feel welcome. Our server and the other server we saw interacting with customers didn't seem to really want us to be there. I realize the pandemic was difficult, especially for the hospitality industry, but this is not a way to welcome customers back into their hotel, especially one that markets itself as a luxury hotel. We are very disappointed by the restaurant experience. I hope our experience was an exception and other customers have better luck at the Park Hotel.

Recently stayed at the Park hotel for the 2nd time. It does not disappoint. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful and the main center room is so warm, elegant and relaxing. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay there again

Beautiful hotel. Very nice view to the park and lake. Staff are not friendly and have not learnt to smile. The staff at the restaurant were very ignorant and after waiting long time nobody came to ask us what you want to eat until we asked ourselves for the menu. The menu of the restaurant was very poor and we left the restaurant without ordering.

After a few more hotels visited, I feel compelled to amend my review. The customer service here was outstanding and I felt honoured to be a guest. The facilities were excellent and I particularly remember the experience of the fantastic breakfast.

We had the privilege of Staying at this Hotel for a week after I had my Back Surgery at Stenum Hospital! Our experience here was splendid! Service was very good! Clean rooms! The park has lots of trails! We spent alot of time walking the trails!! Keep up the good work!!

Hotel staff waked me up at 8:45, and the hair dryer work for like 20 seconds before shutting down... However, the beds were awazing and the spa was also great, take into account that the spa is a naked zoen according to the staff. overall very disappointed by the park hotel. I'm sure it's fine normally but I didn't have a great experience.

I am very disappointed. I expected high class service. First the personnel let us wait around at the humidor. Then the espressi were served without the obligatory small glass with tab water. Then we had to wait again for our seats at the banquet, since our names were misspelled and we were not sure if it was us. The service at the banquet was bad. Almost constantly silver ware was dropped on the floor. And why did it take forever that water was served and refilled?

Chose to stay here after very bad experience at nearby Hotel Munte where housekeeping workers got disrespected by what I assume owner or manager. Now this hotel is great, friendly staff. Very nice rooms and hotel staff up for a chat. Had a great conversations with rezeptionist and housekeeper. Location was incredible too, very beautiful. Had great walks around the hotel. I will stay here in future too. Thank you.

Positioned in Burgerpark, about 20 minutes walk from the historic downtown. The grounds are amazing, especially in the spring when all the flowers are in bloom. The decor is a mixture of modern and classical and has a wide variety of offerings in a relatively small space. My room was courtyard facing with several functional windows and a small balcony large enough for 2 people to enjoy a glass of wine. The breakfast had all the typical German fare plus custom made eggs and omlettes. It may take a couple trips to learn how to navigate the hotel, as it's floor and room numbering is not intuitive, but the staff are of course helpful and offer directions in multiple languages.

I had a very nice stay in hotel! Beautiful hotel and very very scenic location. Hotel staff was very friendly ( even for a non German speaker) and every one tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was okish for vegetarian. Only downside of park hotel is no nearby public transport. But, walk towards station is pretty scenic.

I will definitely recommend you to stay here if you are visiting Bremen.

My husband and I stayed here for a week while he was recovering from back surgery. The attention to detail and the elegant surroundings were a real plus in the healing process!

You can't be more majestically located in Bremen. Marvelous greenery, A lake, and the Bürgerpark (Bremens Version of the NYC Central Park) are around you. In addition, you'll walk a straight line of 10 Minutes to the Central Train Station and the station of Tram No.6 which brings you to the Airport conveniently within 20 Minutes is just a 9 minutes walk thriu the park.

Relay nice hotel to spend a night. Relay beautiful location in Bremen. Located inn a nice park to go walking or running. and with a beautiful view from the hotel room. Nice room. comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. My room had a okay sided veranda. Good size outdoor pool. connected to the inside sauna area. Bigg sauna area with a good selection of different saunas and a jacuzzi. Only "bad" think for me about this hotel was that the walls of the rooms are thin. when your next door neighbor is snoring you can hear it... .

For a 5-star hotel Dorinto leaves a lot of room for improvement. The rooms look old, have spider webs on the walls and stains on furniture. Spa personell could be more careful to the services they offer (I was given a 10-minute bath even though I had an appointment for 20 minutes and they did not offer me either another appointment nor my money back). Breakfast room always extremely full and staff takes their time to clean up dirty tables. One can easy wait 10 minutes to find a clean table on a weekday or weekend. Very few employees can speak English, also not expected from a 5-star hotel.

Beautiful hotel, amazing setting on the park. Their E bike rentals are a blast and a great way to see the city. Had a great room with a park view but would have preferred fountain and pond view.

Stayed 22 years ago and it gadvtge wow factor. Still does. Lovely setting, lovely staff and breakfast was very good just maybe too much self service for such a posh hotel.

One of the nicer hotels I've ever stayed in. Top notch service. It's within walking distance to the city center and the cathedrals etc...Amazing staff, delicious currywurst, wonderful property. I highly recommend it.

Wonderfull Hotel with friendly service-personal. The world of Wellness/Fitness/Sauna and Pool is nice. They have just one whirlpool/jacuzzi. I think its one of the most beautiful in Bremen.

High class super nice yet affordable hotel

It’s amazing, the rooms and the pool are perfect. Just the restaurant that was too busy and we couldn’t have dinner there, only with a reservation.

Rooms and hotel overall look sort of run down. The terrace had holes in the woodplanks, couch was absolutely worn down.

Good service. Room is a bit musty and has no a/c or any temperature control. 25€ for a glorified continental breakfast is a bit too pricey for what you get.

The perfect wedding venue. Stunning water backdrop and dining area which opened into a dancefloor. The additional bar next door also provided a nice getaway for a more quiet drink.

A very nice and atmospheric hotel in the middle of a large park, away from the hustle and bustle of the street. A good place to rest. Very nice and professional service.

Historic hotel near the central station of Bremen, located right at the beginning of the extensive Bürgerpark (citizens park) and only a short qalk to the city center. The main building is old but well maintained and the hotel offers everything one could expect from a high class hotel.
