I liked staying one night in this hotel, which had a bit of an old-fashioned vibe about it (and I mean that as a positive). It had many facilities that I had no time to use, but the bits I went in were clean and well maintained, the bar was great, the pizza I had for dinner was good and overall the staff were excellent. I thought that the early check out time of 11am would prove a problem, but it actually didn't and I was gone 30 minutes before that deadline. The reason for my stay was to do Unisee parkrun, which was about 650m from the hotel's front door. So mission accomplished, and my grateful thanks to those who made my stay a pleasant one.

The bed and pillows are very comfortable! Room is clean. There are the interior swimming pool and sauna and Very nice! This is the reason we came and then satisfied. We will come back!

We stayed at this beautiful hotel and had a wonderful time. The service was helpful at all times of the day and we felt very well cared for. The rooms and amenities were clean and well decorated. The small spa is worth a visit, it is very clean and well structured, giving a more spacious appearance. Only the accessibility with public transport is slightly limited but still acceptable.

Rooms are for the most part, small, this is supposed to be the “Exceptional” room showers are tiny(slippers for size- I couldn’t raise my arms without knocking the door open or banging off the faucet 😤) desk is useless -(monster energy drink for reference and no chair for the desk, had to use the dressing ottoman 😣. And I don’t know HOW to explain the bedding situation, they call this a queen, in the US we call this a full, no top sheet and you get two little cuddle blankies, no actual bed sized quilt. You can only change the thermostat by 5 degrees.🥶On the weekends you cannot use either in hotel restaurant without a reservation. No after hours snacks available for us jet laggers so you will need to go shopping. It is in a quiet location and the spa and pool are its best feature! WiFI drops out regularly and is slow🐌 so streaming is out. The is only 1 English speaking tv station so bring yourself so entertainment if your German isn’t all that great

- Very friendly and helpful staff. - On the other side of the (busy) road is a big park (something like Central Park on NY). Nice walks. - Street car into city centre behind hotel, 800 m. - Rooms are spacious and quiet (despite the busy road). - Shower is less suited for impaired people (step up and nothing to hold on to). - Excellent beds and pillows. - Very good restaurant (trattoria).
