Fitness First Bremen Überseestadt

The lighting in the gym is quite poor the lights are too dim, which makes the space feel dull and less motivating (gym for sleep and chill)

There are also very few mirrors on the walls, which makes it difficult to check your posture or correct your technique during workouts.

The parking lot is small and often full, which can be inconvenient during peak hours.

On the positive side, the gym has great-quality machines, plenty of workout space, and a nice view.

Best gym in town and still my New Balance shoes were gone from the change room. Take better care of your staff especially if it is for some romantic reason dear to you

I’ve been a member of Fitness First for a few months and have been enjoying this location! I haven’t tried the sauna, but classes and weight areas are great.

The club is stunning! So clean and has every piece of equipment one would need. The club manager, Ghazal, was so welcoming and helpful. I’ve never felt more comfortable coming into a new space. 10/10 would recommend!

Nice gym, it’s everything you need there. But it would be even nicer if the stuff organised the weights and dumbbells. It’s very inconvenient to look for weights. It’s just complete chaos and it feels like it’s getting worse and worse. It would be highly appreciated if it’s organised sometimes.

This gym sparked our curiosity on our bike ride and an hour after walking in, my partner and I left with 2-year contracts each. The manager went above and beyond to show us everything the gym has to offer, giving us a thorough tour of the facility and making us feel very welcome. Since joining, we’ve attended a few group training sessions, and they’ve been fantastic! I’m also really impressed with the eGym concept, which combines technology with a personalized approach to fitness. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to join this gym. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-rounded fitness experience!

Been coming here since the beginning of this year, and I love this gym, the team, the people are super helpful, you can definitely feel safe here as a woman, everyone is super helpful when you are need, plus you have all the equipment you would ever need for the gym

The facilities are high quality and neat. They offer a good variety of training lessons e.g spinning, hyrox, Pilates, yoga, etc. Also it has a very well equipped Multifunctional/CrossFit area, although the climbing ropes are cut in half. Moreover, the staff is lovely and accommodating, they speak excellent English and they care about you. Did I mention they provide free coffee?

amazing Gym and Fitness center. It has everything that one need. Crossfit area is also available for crossfiters. In Bremen is one of the best. Only when they manage to put punching box in some fixed place they would get the number 1 Gym in Bremen

I love this gym, especially because of Justin. He’s super helpful and supportive, making workouts really fun. Justin always has a smile and a positive vibe, which makes coming here the best part of my day. Highly recommend!

I was in town for a couple of days and used the studio in Bremen. I was super impressed with the helpful staff and the variety of equipment. I Will definitely be back in the future.

Mega Fittness First in bremen

WARNING: Although I always had an excellent report with the staff at this facility and would describe the atmosphere as (generally) warm and inviting, there were perpetual problems with false (or simply wrong) fees booked off of my account by the company. Also, since I've had to cancel my membership (for unrelates reasons) the company has continued to book membership fees off of my account to this day (it's been 3 months). No effort to resolve said problem has been made by Fitnessloft which is why I am seeing no other option than to give this review - again: as much as I enjoyed my overall stay there.

I'm a student from Denmark who visits Bremen occasionally, and I've tried several gyms in the past couple years. One that stands out and one that I keep coming back to is LOFT in Überseestadt. Absolutely great gym with very friendly and helping staff.

I highly recommend to try this gym out and see for yourself!

I do not understand why some people gave 1 star. This is undoubtedly the best gym in Bremen. Massive arena you don't have to queue up for equipments, pretty clean and awesome staff.

Spacious gym with a great variety of equipment and options. Includes all of the standard cardiovascular machines, assisted weight machines as well as a free weight area, a mat room for floor workouts and an area for flexibility training
